Faisal Town Phase 2 NOC Status

As of 27 October 2026, Faisal Town Phase 2 does not have a verified final NOC from the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA). RDA has issued notices regarding the scheme's development and marketing without approval. Before purchasing a plot, check the latest status on the official RDA website and confirm the NOC and approved layout plan (LOP) directly with the relevant authority.

In July 2025, RDA again named Faisal Town Phase 2 among unapproved schemes in a letter to PHATA. Check the live RDA list yourself at rda.gop.pk, ask the sales office for the NOC or LOP letter in writing, and do not rely on screenshots.
